The BlackLatinx Perspective is an on-going, oral history project exploring the experience of Black Latinxs in the Washington, D.C. metropolitan area. We conduct first hand accounts of people, safe spaces, events and organizations that have made contributions and have had an impact in our communities. We will tell stories that are usually overshadowed and intentionally neglected in mainstream Latinx community.
